Obese. frequent yeast inf. under breasts, at thighs. what can i do at home to treat? how about to prevent? sweating is part of the issue.

R/O Diabetes: Yeast infections in the areas mentioned can be indicative of diabetes. Especially, since you describe yourself as obese.
I would obtain an A1C test to exclude diabetes.
Please keep the areas dry. Might want to try Zeasorb AF powder on the affected areas. Can be obtained from the drug store.

Corn starch: Wash and dry the breasts thoroughly then apply corn starch under the breasts to soak up the perspiration. It is a old home remedy that generally works unless you are a profuse sweater.
