Fibromyalgia?: 41 yo female with "bones hurt, always tired, headaches, looks sad & wakes tired" has constitutional symptoms that warrant a general medical evaluation. If the exam & studies are unrevealing, then fibromyalgia becomes a consideration. Start with an Internal Medicine specialist. Rheumatologists are expert at diagnosing fibromyalgia, for which there are several FDA approved medications.
