Delayed periods: Delayed periods with negative pregnancy tests is unlikely to be pregnancy. It may an isolated anovulatory cycle. if recurrent have yourself checked out and get treatment to regulate the cycles

Anovulation: If multiple pregnancy tests are negative then it is fairly certain you are not pregnant. If you missed a period it could be due to lack of ovulation this month. Sometimes stress, infection, medication use, hormonal changes can cause a missed period. If you miss another one you should see your GYN
