Any NAAT, urine: Probably you mean specimen collection at home, sending it to a lab. (No self test for chlamydia is approved or available in the US.) Any lab-based NAAT (nucleic acid amplification test), such as Aptima®, will be highly accurate and reliable. Urine is best, partly because most men will have difficulty passing a swab 1-2 inches into the urerthra, required for highly accurate testing.
