Two fingers on my right hand are colder than the others. they will remain cold when the rest of my hand warms up. is it a circulation issue?

Possibly: If the fingers blanch or turn blue with cold exposure it may be Raynauds.

Yes: sounds like it could be a vascular issue. Have you noticed any difference in color? Maybe a bluish discoloration of the cold fingers? Which fingers are colder
