Get checked...: My suggestion is to get seen and examined by your doctor. It is difficult through this platform to figure what it definitely is. However, based on the history of oral sex prior to the rash it could very well be herpes infection. Another possibility is a fungal infection. In any case, get checked for a final diagnosis and treatment.
