Pain to touch: This is usually the sign of a bruise, spasm, or tendinitis. Pain to the touch is not likely nerve related. It is most likely muscular as massage or touch compresses the sore muscles. Rest, ice, nsaid's, and salonpas hot patches (capsacian patches) are good. Change your posture. You may need mckenzie pt to help you through this. Md prescription necessary.
