Not normal: You need to mention this to your parents and your pediatrician. Don't be afraid, as help is key. Don't try to go this alone, help is not a sign of weakness. If you are thinking about hurting yourself, even more so, reach out for help!

Physical, emotional: or behavioral symptoms that harmfully impact your daily functioning aren't "normal". Disturbing thoughts that you can't "shut out " despite knowing they're not reality-based = obsessions. Seek psychological & psychiatric evaluations for help managing your anxiety & depression. I bet one or more member(s) of your family has had the same symptoms. You're not " going crazy". Above all, stay safe.
