Inflammation: Most likely cause. If no symptoms (itching, burning, pain with urination or sex, vaginal discharge or urethral (where your pee comes out) discharge, fevers) would not be too concerned. If it continues, see your doctor for evaluation including medical and gyn exam, urinalysis and culture and vaginal/cervical smears and cultures. Hope this helps. Best of luck. Dr R
