Not abnormal: Perfectly normal for some men to have a penis with circumference larger in mid zone &/or just below groove around penile glans.

My concern is that my penis is always in shrunk state i.e it is always so tiny in flaccid state. It is ok when erect i.e. about 5 inches. It used to hang normally but now it always contracts to 1 inch in flaccid state.
