Many signs: Signs of dehydration include a concentrated, darker colored urine, as the kidneys conserve water. Also, constipation can result as the colon (large intestine) also absorbs more water. Skin turgor can also be indicator of hydration status, as "tenting" of the skin happens when the tissues are dehydrated. More severe dehydration can cause dizziness and low blood pressure. Thirst can also occur.
