Infection: If you started the Depo at the right time you should not have to worry about pregnancy but without a condom you have no protection against STDs. Your symptoms, achey pains, nausea, and a discharge, sound like that could be your problem. See your PCP, gynecologist,the health department, Planned Parenthood, or an urgent care clinic for testing ASAP. Hope this helps and you feel better fast.
