A member asked:

My friend had a tubal incision 2 weeks ago and now has a yellowish pink liquid draining from her bellybutton what does that mean?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Seroma: This could well be nothing more tan a seroma, a collection of serum or tissue fluid, that can collect in an incision and drain. This can be caused by a reaction to suture or just due to surgery. If the area gets red and feels warm then you need to worry about infection. Hope this helps.
