Can hymnal remnants grow ,gynae said a growth was hymnal tissue now have another growth?

They don't grow: Suggest you get another exam to figure this out; hymenal remnants are just that: remnants. They are not active growing tissue. I suppose if one got inflamed it might swell, but that would be really unusual. Good wishes.
