This is way: to early for any pregnancy tests to pick up anything. The most sensitive home tests can detect pregnancy 9 days after implantation. Do yourself a favor and decrease your anxiety. Wait until you at least miss your period and then test 4-5 days later. Otherwise you are going to be a nervous wreck.
