5 months pregnant: Eat thoroughly cooked foods, avoid smoked foods -meat and fish ( deli) as they are not cooked and can harbor bacteria that is harmful , listeria. Eat only pastuarized cheeses for same reason. Walk everyday, when traveling n get out of the car every hour to stretch legs so don't get clot. Try to avodi alcohol, and caffeine .Take prenatal vits, follow up with doctor.
