Possible: No method of birth control is 100% effective. If you are concerned that you may be pregnant, you should obtain a urine pregnancy test. In the United States, these are available in a drug store for home testing, or you can go to your clinic provider. Keep in mind that in the very first days after conception, the pregnancy test may show a false negative.
