No: AZO will not interfere with the effectiveness of AZO which is good for treating the symptoms of a UTI but does not treat the infection. If you think u might have a UTI you need to be seen for a urinalysis and possibly antibiotics. That would also be a good time to discuss a more reliable method of contraception. Hope this helps.
