Potentially : A spondylolisthesis refers to a condition in which one vertebrae shifts forward on another. There are multiple potential causes. One cause can be degenerative, as noted in the degenerative changes in your facet joint. Another type is called "isthmic" which requires a bilateral pars defect to occur.
