Call inspector: call a certified mold inspector. There is likely much more hidden behind/in the wall. Do not disturb it. Stay away from it. Call NOW. It can be very dangerous... requires special precautions to remove safely.

Bad congestion, runny nose, sinus headaches. Almost no symptoms when standing/walking, can barely breathe when sitting or laying. Tried hot showers, Allegra D, Benadryl, inhaler ¬hing helps. Recently exposed to black mold but out of environment?
