Could be a migraine: If there is a throbbing or pulsating quality, and the light hurts your eyes, this is probably a migraine headache. Sometimes they last this long. A headache that feels like this with nausea is a migraine headache unless there are other symptoms that suggest otherwise. Do you have any other symptoms?
