Difficult decisions: I don't know the work you do - but if there is risk of injury to yourself, others or the work itself - I certainly understand how bad this is. Most folk can't easily afford to risk jobs or even a day's pay and that makes it harder. If you have a HR dept or a union, I'd contact them for guidance. If your supervisor is good, that's also a possibility. I wish things were different - sorry!
