You need an exam!: Without an exam, it would be foolish to try to diagnose this. Especially if these are new, acute events - take yourself to your doctor, urgent care or an ER. If they've been around for awhile, it's still very worthwhile to have an examination and find the right treatment if possible. I hope it goes well!
