No worry: most likely your headache could be related to sinus problem, and or stress. both of these will get worst with coughing and straining nothing scary or super serious take sinus medication Zyrtec, or claritin during the day, and benadryl at night . alternate between 800 mg of ibuprofen to a 1000 mg of Tylenol (acetaminophen) for the pain try to learn a relaxation Technic for stress good luck

Most likely: You probably have a migraine, but cannot fully exclude other causes. You should contact your regular doctor and get this evaluated fully. A second choice might involve an Urgent Care Center. Be pro-active and get answers. Better to deal directly and get this handled.
