Be persistent: Miconazole is an antifungal. It may be you have a chronic fungal infection inbetween the toes. I would remember to thoroughly dry out inbetween the toes after showering and use an over the counter drying powder or something similar daily to prevent recurrence. If it's persistent go see your doctor.
