Symptoms needed: Aside from the elevated temp, does he have any symptoms. In order to help you , we need to know more. In the meantime give him tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen and put him in a warm bath for 30 minutes to reduce the temperature. Also push fluids.
