See Your Doctor: There are several dermatological conditions that can cause this, first, you must make sure you don't have Condyloma, a type of wart caused by HPV. Second, Molluscum Contagiosum may also cause flesh like lesions in that region. Both are sexually transmitted diseases. Other causes exist also. It is important to have a complete vaginal and anal/rectal exam with an anoscopy. See your Proctologist
