Can h.pylori infection cause chronic fatigue ? been fatigued for over 8 months. just got diagnosed with with h. pylori through stool test.

Fatigue: Any chronic infection can cause chronic fatigue and your doctor will prescribe the appropriate medicine(s). If that works - great? If that doesn't work, keep going with the med but also have your doctor set you up for a sleep study.
