A member asked:

I've had this pain the area under my chest for two days. it started a few hours after my workout. it's a constant pain. what is it & what should i do?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Tendon strain: Examine yourself and see if you can put your finger exactly on the spot of the pain. If so that would be consistent with a tendon strain. Best to avoid NSAID's the first 4 days after this type of injury and only use acetaminophen, heat or ice.
