Prostate: Well, let's focus on the prostate. I would hope you know what your anus and rectum do. The prostate produces some but not all of the semen fluid comes out with ejaculation. It is located beneath the bladder and is part of your lower urinary tract. Sperm cells from the testicles are mixed with the semen in the prostate.
