Possible: Did you any birth control? There is no way you could be pregnant if you have not been sexually active. Your symptoms can also be caused by hormonal changes. An ovarian problem could also be a problem. Unless I know your age it's hard to give you a more definitive answer nevertheless I would strongly suggest that you make an appt with your OB/GYN now.
