A week ago i woke up and saw i had a linea nigra. not pregnant and never have been. i'm 30/f. internet says either pregnant or hormonal imbalance but do they ever show up and nothings wrong?

Yes. Rarely.: You don't mention where you saw the iinea nigra.. If the skin darkening isn't in the middle of your lower abdomen, it's technically not "lina nigra" Linea nigra is caused by an increase in melanocyte-stimulating hormone. Pregnancy and oral contraceptives are common causes. If you aren't pregnant & not on OCP's, you should see a doctor to be checked for a hormonal problem.
