Could be: We commonly see PVCs post-exercise when people have stress tests. So long as the stress test is OK, we are not too concerned about it. I see you have had a stress test in the past; in general if the stress test is recent the PVCs are not that concerning. But if you are having continued chest pain or shortness of breath it would be worth having your symptoms and PVCs checked out further.
