Bump down there!: Hi Susan, Bumps near the vagina that are painful can be due to infected lubricating glands (Bartholin gland) or skin abscesses. Non-painful bumps can be benign skin disorders or warts or other sexually transmitted diseases. Probably can't treat this by yourself. See your gynecologist. Sooner is better!
