Don't get Pregnant: i'm only half kidding. There is no way to give birth totally pain free. But neither do you have to go out in the bushes like the Native Americans and deliver by yourself. Even if you were to get an epidural before labor started you are going to feel some pain so you can push.if you had a c-section, they are done with spinal anesthesia and there is pain with that and after surgery. So no way.

See below: Agree with Dr. Juchau. Additionally, educate yourself. Tour the hospital you're planning to deliver. These things will alleviate some of your anxiety making the delivery somewhat less painful.
