Unsure: A positive pregnancy test should be assumed to mean you are pregnant. It would be important to know that the tissue removed when you had the abortion was normal and that your pregnancy test had returned to negative after the abortion. It is possible that there could still be pregnancy tissue remaining fro the prior pregnancy and that could be a big problem. To be safe, see your doctor.
