Hmmm...: If I understand your question, they may have identified that your unborn child has prognathism (a protruding jaw/underbite). I don't specialize in fetal medicine, so I am only placing an educated guess. If this is the problem, it can be corrected later with mouth hardware or surgery. I am not aware of any syndromes (collection of other problems) associated with this but that is possible as well.

Not sure: I am not sure of your question. Maybe you could as the doctor to clarify what he/she is concerned about. I am going to assume that you had an ultrasound recently and something was seen on the ultrasound. If so, you might ask them if there is additional testing that is needed.
