Irregular periods: Your period should come roughly every 30 days. Can range from 21-40 with average being about 28-20 days from the start of one to the start of the next. If your period comes more or less often, regardless of how long the bleeding lasts or how light or heavy it is, that can indicate a hormonal imbalance and should be evaluated by your primary care physician or ob/gyn.
