20 mg ambien (zolpidem) and 10 mg lexapro daily. can you od on this? i keep it locked but at same time concerned. what to be aware of potential issues.

Side effects, not OD: Ambien (zolpidem) can cause many psychiatric side effects even at normal doses such as sleep eating, memory disturbances. 20 mg is excessive and need a safer solution to sleep. Lexapro not a factor. OD means non-responsive. If taking for the first time and have not developed a tolerance then possible with first dose, but only in a child, who shouldn't be given anyway! Adult dose max 5-10mg now.
