No.: The epiphyseal plates (growth plates) at the end of the long bones begin to slow bone growth after puberty and harden--generally preventing further growth (except in the case of certain surgical methods involving breaking bone or in some cases of excess growth hormone from the pituitary). The reviews I have read for yoko height increaser are uniformly bad. Save your money.
