Genital Warts: When they are large on a male they are fairly easy to see as they look like warts. The same is true in the outer genitalia of a female. The problem comes when they are small they may look like the normal raised follicles on a males scrotum or penis. On a female, anything inside the vagina can not be seen. So unless you are going to do an exam, use a condom.
