Likely not kidney: Pain in the kidney only comes with severe disease such as tumor or infection. Radiating around to your stomach would be rare. Down into your thigh is unusual as such. Now if you mean the left abdomen instead of stomach and into the groin and ? left thigh this could be a kidney infection which is different from a urine infection. See the doctor for the best workup and RX
