Nausea: A 4 week old baby is unable to express the feeling of nausea. He may have other feeding issues that need to be reviewed, such as vomiting or reflux. He also could be sick in other ways such as a UTI. Have him assessed and check his weight and get advice from your MD. All the best and I hope he feels better soon.

See Your Doctor NOW: It is unclear what you mean by "nausea" in your newborn and no other info is given. If baby is having a problem with feeding, spitting up, or vomiting, recommend you see your doctor NOW. There are several serious congenital anomalies of the gastrointestinal tract that can cause the aforementioned symptoms. A detailed medical history and exam is required for any newborn showing abnormal patterns.
