Clearly Feces: Watery stool is nothing to worry about unless it persists for more than 24-48 hours. Electrolyte loss and dehydration are a concern if this happens. Usually, a mild viral illness is the culprit and increasing the consumption of probiotics to restore normal bacterial flora to the gut can help. Yogurt, and natural fiber sources are the best to help bulk up the stool.

Depends : Clear watery stools generally indicate some inflammatory process affecting your colon of part of large intestines. It could be an acute infectious process, most likely a virus, which would resolve in a few days. If it persists other possibilities like Irritable Bowel Syndrome needs to be considered. In the meantime, pl take enough fluids to avoid loss of electrolytes and modify diet and probiotics
