Get checked out: your symptoms are not classical for a stroke but concerning you warrant a neurological workup. The "passing out symptoms" if they are more of loosing your balance rather then loosing consciousness that would go a long with stroke. Either way your symptoms require a work up in wither ED or Drs office.
