Throbbing in ear: do you hear noice or real throbbing? Regardless, examination of ear is very important. It is a symptom. Need to find out why it happens. i.e. Elevated blood pressure, infection, brain disease, wax etc....

See your PCP: If you have an ear infection, there will considerable pain, and the throbbing will be felt deep inside your ear. See your doctor for evaluation and treatment.
