Writer's cramp: You may be holding your arm, wrist or fingers in a tight or clenched position, which can pinch nerves at the elbow, wrist, or in the hand. Try to hold your pen with a more relaxed grip and take frequent breaks to shake the circulation into your arm and hand out BEFORE it starts to get weak. If the problem gets worse or your hand gets weak even if you're not writing, see a doctor for evaluation.
