OK....: Can be from....Lac of foreplay, passage and penis size mismatch (if she was vergin, no vaginal delivery ), Anatomical positioning mismatch, lastly.......non responsive partner ( physical, psychologic, hormonal ), local inflammation because of infection, too frequent vaginal sex. Get her examined...and discuss the issue with her also...
