Visit your doctor: Irregular periods can be due to multiple issues such as poly cystic ovarian disease (PCOD), hypothyroidism, hyperprolactinemia, or too much exercise (runner). I would advise you see your doctor to determine the cause. But I would start by thinking about PCOD, In PCOD mensturation is irregular, patients have sugar control issues(diabetes), weight gain can be an issue. Tx starts w/ diet & exercise.
