Yes: You have symptomatic anemia with rather low Hb. Not knowing other infomation and your baseline Hb, I suggest that you go to ER now. You may have bleeding or other causes for the anemia that requires immediate evaluation. You probably also need blood transfusion for your symptoms and anemia. Do not delay.
